Happy New Year! I hope you had a nice festive break 🙂. I on the other hand caught the horrible virus going around and was ill throughout the whole period. Feeling better now, just in time for work.

Conversations this week
On Monday I caught up with Bridie Tyler (Digital Communications Associate) from Upswing Aerial about Google Ads. The account needs reactivating so we were looking through the unconnected and ambiguous error messages to work out what actions were needed.
Later that afternoon I spoke to Samia Malik, a bilingual singer songwriter based in Norwich. We discussed suitable objectives for her website and how they can be tracked using analytics tools.
The rest of the week has been very much getting up to speed and planning content pieces for the year ahead, many around Google Analytics 4. This starts next week with the Spektrix webinar on Wednesday and a new how-to guide How to integrate Spektrix with Google Analytics 4.
Team meeting drama
Ollie, our Digital Marketing Strategy Tech Champion in Bristol, was late to our weekly team meeting as the chap fitting his new fibre broadband fell of his ladder and landed on Ollie’s next door neighbour’s car 😮.
Thankfully, he escaped with a just couple of broken fingers! What a start to the year.
